Bogdan Mirica’s TFL-developed debut feature will enter production in August. Produced by Marcela Ursu for 42 Km Film (Romania), and co-produced by EZ Films (France) and Argo Film (Bulgaria), DOGS (Script&Pitch 2013) will be shot on location in the county of Dobrogea (Romania) in 4-5 weeks. 

Casting and location scouting have started for the film. With a budget of € 700.000, DOGS has received support from Eurimages and from the Romanian National Film Center.
