TFL Distribution Fund title EVA NO DUERME in Competition in San Sebastián!

We are very excited to announce that EVA NO DUERME by Argentinian writer/director Pablo Agüero, one of the 3 winning projects of the TFL Distribution Fund 2015, will premiere in the main Competition of the 63rd San Sebastián International Film Festival. This makes it the first TFL Distribution Fund-supported film to be launched!

Pablo Agüero is an Alumnus of Script&Pitch 2009. EVA NO DUERME is produced by FrameWork 2010 and 2013 Alumna Marianne Dumoulin for JBA Production (France), and co-produced by Haddock Films (Argentina) and Tornasol Films (Spain). The film, starring Gael Garcia Bernal and Denis Lavant among others, is inspired by Evita Peron’s embalmed corpse’s 25-year-long restless journey.

Dedicated to the support of innovative audience development strategies at the moment of distribution, the TFL Distribution Fund is designed specifically to accompany the release of selected projects in three territories: besides receiving grants, the winning teams benefit from the participation in TFL’s Audience Design programme.
