3 TFL Alumni selected for CineMart 2016

No less than 3 TFL Alumni will take part in International Film Festival Rotterdam's co-production market, CineMart (31 Jan-3 Feb 2016).

CineMart was the first event of its kind to allow filmmakers to share their ideas with the international film industry, creating networking possibilities and collaborations.

The 2016 line-up foresees the AdaptLab 2015 duo made up of writer-director Burhan Qurbani and co-writer Martin Behnke with BERLIN ALEXANDERPLATZ. The project was presented at the 8th TFL Meeting Event in November, and is produced by Sommerhaus Filmproduktion GmbH.

Swiss writer-director Simon Jaquemet brings his second feature project DER UNSCHULDIGE. Jaquement developed his debut film CHRIEG at Script&Pitch 2011 and FrameWork 2012. The project is produced by 8horses.

Last but not least, CineMart 2016 features Israeli Script&Pitch 2010 Alumnus Itamar Alcalay with his new project DARK ROOM, produced by Lama Films and Komplizen Film.
