TFL Meeting Event 2017: new "CNC Award" for ScriptLab - original & adaptation projects!

Now close to the 10th edition of the TFL Meeting Event, we are delighted to announce that another institution joined the list of TorinoFilmLab's partners, assigning a new award to one of the 19 projects coming from the original and adaptation branches of ScriptLab 2017.
The prestigious CNC - National Centre for Cinema and the Moving Image will award a grant of € 8.000 for the development of a feature film script, supporting one of the talented scriptwriters / directors from the programme in their further work after the participation in TorinoFilmLab.
The decision will be taken by an international Jury, comprising Malika Rabahallah from Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein (Germany), Hugo Rosák from Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (Czech Republic), producer Meiske Taurisia from Palari Films (Indonesia), and a representative of CNC, after having listened to the pitches and having met with the projects on November 24th-25th.
Moreover, we are glad to share that all of the 22 ScriptLab projects (including the match point ones) are also eligible for the Digital Production Challenge II Award, launched in 2014 and granted by FOCAL resource, which will consist in the participation in the DPC II Workshop.
