TFL Coming Soon entry DIAMANTINO joins line-up of next Les Arcs Work in Progress!

A few days after the conclusion of the 10th TFL Meeting Event, we have the pleasure to announce that one of the films presented within our TFL Coming Soon last week will make its way to the Les Arcs Work in Progress, thanks to a partnership between the French festival and TorinoFilmLab.
DIAMANTINO (formerly known as TRISTES MONROES), written and directed by Gabriel Abrantes (Portugal) & Daniel Schmidt (USA), is produced by Les Films du Bélier (France), in co-production with Maria & Mayer (Portugal) and Syndrome Films (Brazil).
The project was developed at TorinoFilmLab's FrameWork programme (now called FeatureLab) in 2013, and introduced by French producer Justin Taurand during the 2017 edition of TFL's work-in-progress showcase.
The Les Arcs European Film Festival Work in Progress session will screen excerpts from a total of 15 European films in post-production to sales agents, festival programmers, distributors and funds on Sunday, December 17th.
