TorinoFilmLab flies to the European Film Market!

TFL team is attending the European Film Market of the 69th Berlin International Film Festival, and so are many TFL Alumni!
First of all, 2 TFL Projects will be presented at the Co-Production Market:
- ALCARRÀS by Carla Simón, winner of the CNC Award (€ 8.000) at the TFL Meeting Event 2018, is part of the Official Selection. The project participated in ScriptLab 2018 and is currently being developed at Cinéfondation.
- AUTOBIOGRAPHY by Makbul Mubarak was developed within FeatureLab 2017, thanks to TorinoFilmLab’s partnership with BEKRAF - Indonesian Agency for Creative Economy. The project has been selected for the EFM Talent Project Market.
Opening on February 9th, the 2019 edition of Berlinale Talents will welcome many TFL Alumni: congratulations to Felipe Gálvez (FeatureLab 2018), Jacqueline Lentzou (ScriptLab 2017), Yulia Evina Bhara (FeatureLab 2017), Bogdan Craciun (FeatureLab 2016), Cecilia Björk (AdaptLab 2014), Despina Ladi (AdaptLab 2013), Diana Bustamante (FeatureLab 2011).
Last year’s Golden Bear-winner TOUCH ME NOT by Adina Pintilie will come back to Berlin for an open debate organized in the frame of Berlinale Talents. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, 12th February.

TFL Managing Director Mercedes Fernandez will also take part in 2 events organized during the EFM: Round Table Sessions (co-organized with ACE) on Monday 11th February and the World Cinema Fund think tank The Art of Reaching Audiences, scheduled for Wednesday 13th February.
