Amra Bakšić Čamo graduated from comparative literature in 1996.

Since 1995 she has been involved in new media and video production in the Southeast Europe region.

She is one of the founders of SCCA/, an independent film, video and TV production from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She has produced and coproduced award-winning short films and art videos, documentaries and TV programs and feature films.

Since 2003, she is head of the CineLink, regional co-production market, work in progress and project development workshop of Sarajevo Film Festival. She is a member of the European Film Academy, ACE and EAVE producer networks and member EFA.

She has been a long-time collaborator of Berlinale Coproduction Market, Biennale College, TorinoFilmLab, When East Meets West etc. Amra teaches Producing at the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo.

SCCA/, established in 1998, is a video, film and TV production. After establishing a strong basis in the production of artist videos and installations, entered into film production with Aida Begic’s short FIRST DEATH EXPERIENCE (Cannes Film Festival, Cinefondation, 2000).

In the years to follow continued with production of original and inspiring work, concentrating equally on fiction as well as documentary films. Our films have participated and won awards at festivals worldwide including Cannes FF, Berlinale, Venice FF, Rotterdam FF, Locarno FF, IDFA, Clermont-Ferrand Short FF, Goteborg FF, Sarajevo FF among others.
