Biography

Danish screenwriter born in 1985. During her philosophy studies at the University of Copenhagen, Ingeborg was granted a scholarship for an exchange year at UCLA, where she completed her BA with a minor in creative writing. After having developed a taste for writing fiction, she applied for the MA in screenwriting at the National Film & Television School in London. She graduated in 2012 and her graduation short film VOLUME won a British Independent Film Award and competed for the Short Film Grand Jury Prize at Sundance Film Festival in 2013. Ingeborg has since moved back to Copenhagen and her first Danish short NYLON premiered at Göteborg Film Festival in 2016 where Ingeborg was also chosen by the Danish Film Institute to participate in the Nordic Film Lab for upcoming Nordic filmmakers as one of five Danish representatives. Ingeborg’s first feature, THE CHARMER, written with debut director Milad Alami is currently in post-production. WILDLAND will be Ingeborg’s second feature.
