Marcela Bordin has a Masters degree in Literature by Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). As a screenwriter, Marcela wrote documentaries, TV series and short films, including O TETO SOBRE NÓS (The Roof Above Us, 2015), directed by Bruno Carboni, which had its world premiere at the 68th Locarno Film Festival. In 2017 Marcela produced and curated QUESTÕES DE ESPAÇO: RELEITURAS DO REAL (Matters of Space: Rereading the Real), an exhibit presented in Porto Alegre.
