Milan Stojanović was born in 1983 in Belgrade in Serbia.
His education includes a MA in Film & TV Producing at Faculty of Drama Arts in Belgrade (2002-2006); a Filmmaking Course at New York Film Academy (2008); a EAVE Producers Workshop (2014) and Berlinale Talents (2016).
First laureate of Promotional prize for young East European producers at Cottbus Film Festival (2007).
He took part in European Film Promotion's Producers on the Move 2016 and he is a member of the European Film Academy since 2016.
He worked as line producer and production manager in domestic and international productions including "Mothers" by Milcho Manchevski, "Circles" by Srdan Golubović and "Destricted" by Marina Abramovic.
Milan founded SENSE Production (2010) and produced "Barbarians" by Ivan Ikic (2014 / Special Mention at Karlovy Vary IFF / Seyfi Teoman Award at European FF Palic, Best Film at Crossing Europe Linz).
His current slate of projects includes "The Users", a new film by Ivan Ikic, (developed through Cinefondation Residence and supported by Creative Europe - MEDIA), "The Return of Elijah" by Mladen Djordjevic and children/family film projects "Classroom Rascals" by Slobodan Skerlic.

He is also Program Director of Cinema City International Film Festival.
