Born in Milan, 12/21/1972, Manlio Gomarasca founded the magazine Nocturno Cinema in 1994. He is the author of the books, "99 Donne" e "Io Emanuelle" for the publisher Mediaword and "La piccola cineteca degli orrori" and "Monnezza mio mio" for Rizzoli. Since 2013 he is the artistic director of the Midnight Factory label for the international theatrical distribution Koch Media. He directed the documentary "Fernando Di Leo: la morale del cinema", "Totally Uncut" and "I Tarantiniani". He was the curator of the retrospectives Italian King of the B's and Spaghetti Western for the Venice International Film Festival and worked as programmer for the Locarno Film Festival, The Rome Film Festival and, from 2018, for The Quinzaine des Réalisateurs of Cannes .
