biography
Born in Canary Islands and based in Madrid, Odile Antonio-Baez is an executive film producer and since 2019, partner at Spanish independent production company Pecado Films, focused on discovering emerging filmmakers. In 2021, she is selected by Torino Film Lab to be part of its Script Editing program at ScritpLab 2021.
She has produced both fiction feature films (When Brooklyn Met Seville, 2020, by V. Villanueva - Malaga FF; Lady Off, 2018, by David R.L. - SSIFF) and documentaries (La Flota de Indias, 2020 - Malaga FF). In 2021 she is executive producer of three international co-productions co-funded by European institutions that will be released in 2022. Odile was also line producer of the Spanish Film Academy Award-Winning Live Action short film A la Cara directed by Javier Marco.
Odile graduated with honors in Journalism and Media Studies and earned a MA in Film Business.
