Born in Italy in 1982, Valeria Malva Guicheney grew up between Italy and France. She started to write all sorts of things when she was very young. She graduated University in 2006 with a thesis on Billy Wilder's screenplay of The Apartment. She had different experiences in the process of making a movie: continuity girl, actress, assistant director, editing. She has been co-writer in the short movie Daïna with Michael Hack. Working on independent movie sets and with an international co-production for Touchstone Pictures in 2002 made her understand how the core of a good film production is in a well made screenplay.
