Funds

They come in handy when a project is close to becoming an actual film. The TFL Funds support international co-productions either in final development or distribution phase. Also, TFL assigns other kinds of awards, thanks to the collaboration with various partners.

PARTICIPANTS

Yes, that’s how big the community of alumni and alumnae of TorinoFilmLab is. The talents discovered by TFL come from all corners of the globe, more specifically from 85 different countries. The 48% of them are female audiovisual professionals for instance the Grand Prix at Cannes 2024 went to All We Imagine as Light by Payal Kapadia (TFL Audience Design Fund 2024)

FILMS and TV SERIES

They have been screened at the main film festivals around the world (Cannes, Venice, Berlinale, Toronto, Locarno) and released in theatres or on VOD platforms. Many of them brought home a prize, for instance the Golden Bear 2022 went to Alcarràs by Carla Simón.

The tutors and trainers supporting the participants come from 40 nationalities, but the network of TFL expands also thanks to its 120 partners based in 30 different countries.
