Biography
Peca Ştefan is a Romanian Berlin-based author and one of Romania’s top playwrights. Having had multi-awarded theatrical productions of his work in over 20 countries in Europe, North & South America, he is now stepping forward in film and TV, as a more permissive medium for large scale productions.
