Mina Dreki, producer and member of the Marni Films team since 2010 in Athens, is dedicated to producing, supporting and promoting shorts, docs and features by emerging talents. She is a member of EWA and SAPOE, great with numbers & deadlines as a line producer, while, as a producer, she wants to focus on projects that can empower new voices and spark the interest of international audiences. She has a BA in Mass Media, a second BA in European Studies, she obtained her MA in Linguistics from the University of Westminster, London, while working for British postproduction houses and attending workshops on production and post-production workflows. In 2020, her short “Escaping the Fragile Planet”, participated at Clermont-Ferrand international Selection 2021 and BFI Flare, her first animated short “Sevarambes” participated at Animaze, Montreal and was awarded the Annual ASIFA Hellas award, while “Motorway 65”, which she co-produced, was at Cannes’ Official Selection.
