Former General counsel of Pandora Cinema, Ilann Girard set up Arsam in 2002 a one-stop services company offering consultancy and finance packaging services and in 2003, Arsam International, a production company. His credits include “Renaissance” “March of the Penguins”, “Goodbye Bafana”, “Lebanon”, “Final Portrait” and “Cunningham.” He is now delivering Rezwan Shahriar Sumit first feature “The Salt in our Waters” a modern tale about climate change in a South Bangladesh fishermen community. In 2012, he set up Olffi.com the largest database and toolbox on public fundings and coproduction regulations. Olffi has partnered with most of the leading coproduction platforms and has more than 12 000 registered users. Olffi is now developing a simulation tools powered by algorithms to optimise the development and financing strategies for film and TV assets.
