Double degree in European Affairs in 1984 (Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Toulouse and Polytechnic in Nottingham Angleterrre), Dominique Hoff went on to study art history and film in London. Director of Gallery in London and a freelance agent, she dedicated herself firstly to promote European and Canadian visual artists.
In 1988, the meeting with the American film critic Roger Ebert allows him as a close collaborator to participate in numerous interviews at the Cannes Festival, New York, Telluride, Toronto, Montreal.
Thanks to these experiences, the French Institute of the United Kingdom in 1990 named her responsible for the coordination of cultural activities and the press.
In 1996, she became head of the Ciné Lumière, pilot room network of French Institutes in the world, created with Olivier Poivre d'Arvor. This popular place for Londoners allows it to accommodate many French and European personalities.
She organizes annual appointment with the Gan Foundation, she joined in 2001 as Deputy General Delegate.
In October 2013, she was appointed General Delegate of the Groupama Gan Foundation for Cinema.
