Before joining Lighthouse in 2006, Emily worked in production on over 30 features - mainly international co-productions - starring some of cinema’s best-known stars.
As Senior Producer at Lighthouse, she is responsible for a number of high profile talent development schemes including Guiding Lights, the UK’s leading mentoring programme, which matches emerging film talent with top professionals such as Danny Boyle, Barbara Broccoli, Clio Barnard, Sam Mendes, Abi Morgan, Kenneth Branagh, Lone Scherfig, and Paul Greengrass.
At Lighthouse, Emily has overseen the production of 21 shorts, most recently managing the BFI Shorts scheme. Between them, the films have garnered 1 Oscar nomination, 4 BAFTA nominations, BIFA, EFA, IFTA and Welsh BAFTA nominations, and been screened and won awards at Cannes, Berlin, Palm Springs, London, Sao Paulo, LA, Encounters, Edinburgh and many other festivals.
