Celine Durand has studied management of cultural projects, made missions for film festivals (Fespaco - Ouagadougou, FICAM - Meknès), and then took coordination of a film festival for young people - Plein la Bobine - during 7 years. Since 2011, she heads Films en Bretagne - a professional's Union of cinéma and broadcasting in Brittany.
