Screenwriter, producer and director of "Beyond the Grave", a fantasy road movie selected for more than 80 festivals, including the Sitges Film Festival - Brigadoon Session, and winner of 15 awards, with licenses for Netflix and Hulu. His short film, "Another Empty Space”, was shown at more than 60 festivals and was awarded 6 awards. In 2014, Davi was selected for the Berlinale Talents program, at the Berlin International Film Festival (Germany). He was also selected for Match me! 2018, at the Locarno Film Festival (Switzerland). In 2019, his production "Lane 4", directed by Emiliano Cunha, premiered at the International Film Festival of Cartagena de Indias (Colombia) and was awarded Best Film, Cinematography and Critic’s Choice at the Gramado Film Festival (Brazil). In 2020, the fiction series "The Blessing" which he directed and produced was exhibited in Canal Brasil, and Globoplay. Davi is currently in the post-production of the short film “The Last Shot”. His in-development feature "Unsound" was one of the finalists of Guiões - Portuguese Language Script Festival (Lisbon, Portugal), and was selected for the VII Taller Internacional de Guión - Bolivia Lab (Cochabamba, Bolivia), X Labex Argentina (Buenos Aires, Argentina), VIII Brazil CineMundi (Belo Horizonte, Brazil), the I Idea Market in the International Festival of Sao Paulo (Brazil), in VIII LabGuion (Medellín, Colombia) and the XVIII Co-Production Meeting of the Guadalajara International Film Festival (Mexico).
