TFL Audience Design Fund
Three € 45,000 grants to support films in their distribution phase through the implementation of innovative audience engagement and outreach strategies plus a series of consultancies.
Target: international co-productions (between countries that are part of the Creative Europe MEDIA strand and countries not participating in the MEDIA strand) in post-production stage - fiction, creative documentaries, and animation, over 60 minutes.
Deadline: 23rd January 2024

Red Sea Lodge
An intensive creative training programme realised in partnership with the Red Sea Labs focused on discovering upcoming filming talents from the Arab-Saudi-Asia-Africa regions.
Target: the call is addressed to teams of writer-directors (or writer and director) and a producer working on first or second-time feature films.
Deadline: 20th January 2024 (for Saudi projects) & 30th January 2024 (for Arab, African, and Asian projects)
Bonus track: the programme is opening to Asian participants for the first time.
SeriesLab
Long-term residential programme focused on the development of innovative and marketable international fiction TV series projects
Target: scriptwriters, writer-directors and producers coming from all over the world working on a TV series project in early stage of development.
Deadline: 1st March 2024
Bonus track: for the first time SeriesLab final presentation will be hosted by the TFL Meeting Event.
SeriesLab Story Editing
Long-term residential programme providing professionals with an insight into the development process of a TV series.
Target: audiovisual professionals who want to be trained as story editors by working with the SeriesLab participants on their fiction TV series projects.
Deadline: 1st March 2024
Bonus track: this programme represents the newest entry in the TFL landscape.
TFL Co-Production Fund
Two € 50,000 production grants, combined with tailored consultancies, to support films in advanced development stage.
Target: fiction, creative documentaries and animation projects over 60 minutes that are international co-productions between countries that are part of the Creative Europe MEDIA strand and countries not participating in the MEDIA strand.
Deadline: 13th March 2024

OPENING SOON
For those of you finding themselves already quite busy, we come to the rescue with our short-term programmes.
First topic: films!
The online training TFL Next Film (in partnership with Ventana CineMad, MICT Film Festival and BrLab – Projeto Paradiso) will open its application call from Tuesday 23rd January until the 8th of March and it will be held in May, while its residential twin TFL Extended Film - organised together with the Netherlands Film Fund - will be online and accepting applications in March and onsite with the proper workshop in June.
