Annalisa Vozza



Annalisa is an Italian screenwriter, film director and producer based in Colombia. She made several documentaries and short films in different regions of the world: Europe, the United States, South America, Iran, the Palestinian Territories, Jordan, and Antarctica. In 2009, she was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to pursue an MFA degree in Writing/Directing Fiction in New York and was Teaching Assistant to Chantal Akerman’s directing class. In 2011, she received the Directors Guild of America “Best Woman Student Filmmaker”Jury Award for her thesis short film "Alex". Her films have been showcased at international film festivals, in the MAXXI museum of Rome in Italy and in the Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum.
