Sinung Winahyoko began his career in 2007 as a documentary filmmaker before expanding into music videos and TV commercials. His shorts screened internationally, with “The Taste of Fences” at Odense and Busan, and “Madonna” winning the Sonje Award at BIFF 2017. An alumnus of Talents Tokyo 2019, he explores memory, trauma, and marginal identities through poetic visual language and hybrid storytelling.
