Nada Riyadh is an Egyptian filmmaker. Her recent work includes directing and producing with Ayman El Amir the feature documentary The Brink of Dreams, premiered in Cannes’ Semaine de la Critique, winning the L’Oeil D’or Prize For Best Documentary at the Festival de Cannes, 2024. Her debut feature documentary Happily Ever After premiered at IDFA, 2016. Her short fiction, The Trap, was selected for Cannes’ Semaine de la Critique, 2019. She is an alumna of various international film programmes, like Cannes’ La Fabrique & Next Step Program, Berlinale Talents, American Film Showcase and Film Independent.
