Klementina Remeikaite (b.1988) is a film producer. In 2014 she graduated film production studies from Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. She worked with students during her studies, and made several short films together with directors Titas Laucius and Laurynas Bareisa with whom she works since now. Some of the short films were successful in international film festivals, such as Venice film festival, Locarno, Berlinale, San Sebastian film festival and others. After her studies, she and two directors - Laurynas Bareisa and Marija Kavtaradze - established a film production company called “afterschool”. Klementina is now the head of the company. In 2015 she attended MAIA workshop for emerging producers. In 2017 Klementina Remeikaite co-produced feature film, “Summer Survivors” (2018) directed by Marija Kavtaradze, and which was premiered in Toronto film festival 2018. Now she is developing feature film “Parade” (dir. Titas Laucius) and the other one “Pilgrims” (dir. Laurynas Bareisa) is in post-production stage.
