Jasmina was born in 1988 in Frankfurt am Main, her parents come from Poland. After graduating high school, she studied acting at the S/KO drama school in Koblenz (Rheinland-Pfalz), followed by a screenwriting-education at the German Film and Television Academy, where she co-founded the writer's collective "Schreibkollektiv Q3" with her fellow students. In 2016 she was a participant of the first “Writers‘ Room: Lab" for horizontally narrated series at the Bavaria Film GmbH Munich. Since graduating, Jasmina has been working as a staff-/headwriter in various writers' rooms, including the German adaptation of the Norwegian hit series "SKAM", "DRUCK" for three seasons.
