João Rosas (1981) lives in Lisbon, where he works as a film director, scriptwriter and editor. He studied film in Lisbon, Bologna and London. He has published three collections of short stories. He has directed both short films and documentaries and his first feature is due to be shot next year. He is currently co-writing 'Hera' with the director Catarina Mourão.
