After a career in international relations, Coralie is a self-taught filmmaker who turned to writing and directing two short films, which together received over 90 international festival selections.
Her latest short film, AÏCHA, broadcast on ARTE, drew significant attention for its exploration of reconnecting with one's roots. It was selected by major festivals including Clermont-Ferrand, Namur, Interfilm, and many others.
She won the Grand Prize at the Valence Screenwriters Festival. Her first feature, À BORD, LA VIE - recipient of the Beaumarchais Grant and a finalist for the Lagardère Foundation Grant - is in development with Les Films du Bélier and won the jury prize at the Groupe Ouest residency.
Alongside this project, Coralie continues to explore heritage and identity through bullfighting traditions, anchoring her stories in the rural landscapes of southern France, where she grew up. She will shoot a new short film on this subject in September, laying the groundwork for her second feature, FIESTA, currently in development at the TorinoFilmLab.
