Franco Lolli is a Colombian director and producer, and a graduate of La Fémis (Paris). In 2011, he founded Evidencia
Films in Bogotá, a production company whose main focus is the creation of an auteur cinema both daring and with
strong market potential. To date, the company has finalized 4 feature films including Lolli’s Gente de bien (2014) and Litigante (2019) – both premiered at Cannes Critics’ Week – as well as 9 short films and a series by directors such as
Juan Sebastián Quebrada, Simón Mesa Soto and Carla Melo Gampert. The company’s works have been selected for and won awards at major festivals around the world, including 5 selections at Cannes.
