Biography

Spanish with Havana roots.Trained at the National School of Arts in Cuba, she initially moved to Madrid to pursue an acting career, but soon found her preference to be working behind the camera. Soon after, she was directing and writing short films. In 2016, the independent road and the nature of those projects allowed her to produce, write and direct Sniffing Mum, making her the seventh female in the history of Cuba to ever Produce and Direct an Independent Film. Day has also produced and directed for major labels, production companies and agencies throughout Spain. Day to day continues to develop her scripts and future film projects.
