Cristina Popov is a Transmedia storyteller. She has been working in the communication field for the last 10 years, developing concepts and marketing campaigns on all media (online, TV, radio, online, mobile, games).
She also has a consistent freelance copywriter experience. She is the author of several children books, an e-book (Bare Feet Day), sitcom and children series scripts. Her short documentary – The Last Pig was selected at London International Documentary Film Festival in 2009, and her very, very short film – I miss you, just entered the competition at the 60Seconds Festival, Copenhagen (2013).
Cristina also directed all the PR and promotional activities for the first Romanian news coverage nominated at International Emmy Awards, New York - Tibetans at the Chinese Border ( Sergiu Matei, 2007).
In 2006, she was one of organizers of the One Minutes Jr European project in Romania (a festival with one minute films made by children).
Cristina graduated Journalism University and holds a master degree in Anthropology.
