Biography

Rosanne is an award-winning writer and director whose first feature screenplay Crossbones was recently a semi-finalist in the Academy Nicholl Fellowship and is being developed with the support of Screen Yorkshire and Creative England. She spent two years in Los Angeles as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Southern California where she had her work produced by James Franco and was given a scholarship by Bafta Los Angeles. Rosanne is also an experienced development producer and has worked with many of the top writers and directors in the UK, most recently at Element Pictures, where she worked closely with Lenny Abrahamson on his adaptation of Emma Donaghue’s Room.
